Art and stuff

My attitude to art is that I buy what I like and not specifically for investment but if its cheap you just never know but some pictures I buy because they seem to be well priced as well as appealling to my eye.

So the first item I have appears to be a print. This has been fixed to a piece of mdf and varnished or lacquered. Now this would appear to be worthless but it has intrigued me.... and no I don't know why either.

Firstly I like the image. Its called Bathnight by David Baillie (apparently ?).

Its 40cm x 28cm and it has David Baillie's name written in the bottom right hand corner. The name is written and is not a signature. This appears to have been added after its been mounted and varnished. So I assume it has been added for affect and to link it in some way to the famous photographer regardless if he is the same David Baillie. Is there a different David Baillie?... If so I have not been able to find anything about him in any of the online sources I usually use. I'm interested because I like this style of work and would like to see the original and if anything else like this has been done.

A bit of further info... It has a sticker on the back :-

Neither of the websites mentioned are active so its difficult to find out more but it does say this is from an original artwork so the original must exist I assume. Interestingly there was an ebay listing in December 2017 by R and A Vintage Interiors, who also seem to no longer exist with a similar print also mounted on board but almost exactly half the size. Mind you there are notable errors in their listing which suggests none of the details are relevant but it appears to be different in that there are differences in the layout and content of the label and it has a 'signature' written on the bottom left hand side of the picture. See below :-

So its a bit of a mystery and if anyone reading this can shed any light I would be very grateful.
